Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of paid plans (Standard, Pro and Pro Max) on examsorbit.com, offered by ExamsOrbit. Please read it before you buy.
1. No refunds
- ExamsOrbit does not offer refunds. All purchases of paid plans are final and non-refundable once the payment succeeds.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are given for unused time, for not using the plan, or for ending your use of the service early.
- You can try the free plan before buying, and each plan’s price, length and features are shown on our pricing page before you pay.
2. Cancellation
- Each paid plan gives 60 days of access from activation. It is a one-time, prepaid payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Buying the same plan again adds another 60 days to the end of your current plan. Buying a higher plan starts it straight away for 60 days, plus the unused days of your current plan converted into days of the higher plan at the two plans' prices, so nothing you paid for is lost. A lower plan can be bought only after your current plan ends.
- An order that has not been paid can simply be abandoned at checkout; nothing is charged.
3. Exceptions
A refund is made only in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase, or money was taken but the payment failed or the plan was not activated, because of a technical error.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
After we verify the charge, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it.
4. How to contact us
Email info@examsorbit.com with the email address of your account, the payment reference (Razorpay payment or order ID) and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. More on the contact page.
5. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do. The policy in force when you paid applies to that purchase. See also our Terms of Service.
